The A.S.K. For Help Foundation is fighting to raise awareness and provide support to individuals 18 years of age and older struggling with Depression, Anxiety and/or Bipolar disorder. Our local Chicago support group provides a safe space for individuals to anonymously gather to openly discuss their mental health struggles. Individuals will also be presented with free resources of options of where to seek professional treatment and be offered advice on how to help those in need.
Our groups are self-supporting, non professional, free to the public, multicultural and apolitical. Anyone, who is willing and able to join is welcome. Whether you are seeking advice for yourself or loved ones, have a passion for advocating for mental health and helping others, or simply want a place to share your story, sign up for our monthly in person meetings.
