Chicago Club Pilates: Movement for Mental Health 

Join us for a 40-minute outdoor donation based mat Pilates class to get centered for your week and learn about the connection of body and mind. Experience the benefits of movement for reducing anxiety, improving depressive symptoms and increasing overall wellbeing while enjoying the sunshine. After the class, please stay to enjoy a mental health forum led by certified sports and exercise physiologist and licensed Pilates instructor Allison Long and M.D. Candidate, and the Founder of the A.S.K. for Help Foundation, Olivia Katamanin.


When: Sunday, August 7th 2022 at 9:30 am

Where:  165 W Superior (in front of Goddess and the Baker)
